We ship every order from our warehouse in Spain. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products must be returned with their seal intact.
How to return an item
- Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return instructions and shipping label.
- Pack the products securely and drop the parcel off at the indicated carrier point.
- Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
