Orders & shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders to mainland Spain usually arrive in 2–4 business days, and orders to the rest of the EU in 3–7 business days. You'll find all the details on our Shipping & Returns page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €50 to mainland Spain. For other destinations, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch through our contact form as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to change or cancel it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any product. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products must be returned with their seal intact.
How do I start a return?
Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with your return instructions and shipping label.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Magnussen product comes with a 3-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. Read the full details on our Warranty page.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How do I pair my Bluetooth headphones or earphones?
Put your product into pairing mode (on most models, by holding the power button until the indicator light flashes), then select the Magnussen device in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Your product's user manual has the exact steps for each model.
Are Magnussen earphones water resistant?
Many of our sport and true wireless models are water and sweat resistant. Check each product page for the specific details of every model.
How long does the battery last on Airflow fans?
It depends on the model and the speed you use. Our handheld FN1 and FN2, for example, run for over 6 hours on a single charge.
How should I clean my headphones and earphones?
Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. For ear tips and cushions, use a slightly damp cloth and let everything dry completely before charging or storing.
