Technical Assistance

When you require any kind of technical assistance, do not hesitate to contact us at indicating personal information, address, Magnussen model and explanation of the incident. Before providing the technical support service, Magnussen will ask you to provide proof of purchase details.

When you send your product to us, we’ll verify what kind of service it needs. We’ll either repair it or replace it with a product that's new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. If your product needs a different service than the one you requested, we’ll contact you with more information.

How long will it take?

Service through Magnussen takes approximately 5 – 10 business days from when you send us your product.


What´s the repair service´s fee?

Our service fees depend on your coverage under warranty:

• Service for a factory defect covered by Magnussen's one year Limited Warranty or Consumer Protection Law is free.

• Magnussen guarantees out-of-warranty repairs, including repair service in case of accidental damage, during the first 5 years from the date of purchase for a single price of 50€ regardless of the Magnussen model.

Magnussen, at its option, will repair or replace the product with a new product of the same model or with a new product of an equivalent model. The price for the user will be in all cases 50€.

In the event that Magnussen replaces the product with a new one, the initial date of purchase will be considered for all purposes of warranty and technical assistance.
